Waste tire crusher, also known as shear shredder, reduces material size by cutting, tearing and squeezing. The tire mill is a device for crushing materials by using the squeezing and rolling forces generated by the relative rotation of two sets of independently driven roller shafts. During the work of the tire mill, the roller teeth are a key part that is easy to grind and often wear out. How should we cope with the phenomenon of roller tooth wear? Here is a brief explanation for you.
1. Increase the hardness of the roller teeth. In order to increase the hardness of the roller teeth, surfacing welding is performed on the surface of the roller teeth, so that the degree of the tooth surface reaches above HRC58.
2. Surfacing of the roller teeth. Because the material of the roller teeth is high manganese steel alloy steel, the welding performance is relatively poor. The technical content required for electrode material selection and surfacing construction is high. After selecting the appropriate wear-resistant electrode, the surfacing is performed directly on the surface of the roller teeth. The surfacing welding of the 5mm transition layer and the 15mm wear-resistant layer is used for the high teeth, and the repair of the 2mm ~ 5mm of the low teeth.
3. Reasonably distribute high and low teeth. Due to the abnormal wear of the roller teeth, all the teeth have been ground to the same height, and it is no longer possible to distinguish the specific positions of the original high and low teeth. According to the number and arrangement principle of high and low teeth, a distribution plan can be formulated, and the place with high teeth can be marked so that it can be accurately constructed during welding.
4. Surfacing method. First remove the tooth plate from the crusher rotor and lay it flat. All parts that need to be welded are polished to a metallic color with a sander. A DC electric welding machine is used, the welding wires are reversely connected, and the single-break welding process is used for welding during surfacing. The wear layer current is controlled at 150 ~ 180A, and the transition layer current is controlled at 90 ~ 110A. Control the temperature of the welding layer below 100 degrees Celsius, overlay the layers to the required thickness, and control the thickness of the single layer between 1.5mm and 2.0mm.
